Head of Product (LATAM)
Our client is an international online gaming company offering sports betting and casino services, with a significant presence in Latin America. Strategic focus is to deliver a high-quality, personalized gaming experience, leveraging advanced technology and localized services to cater to the preferences of the different Latin American players. Develop and launch own Casino Games, as well as operate own CRM, CS and Back-office platforms.
- Define and execute the product strategy for the LATAM region across Casino, Sportsbook, Live content, and Gamification
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, roadmap planning, execution, release, and continuous optimization
- Analyze regional market trends: player preferences, competition, and regulatory updates
- Manage the product portfolio with a focus on ARPU, LTV, retention, and churn reduction
- Develop localized personalization, promotions, bonus systems, and retention features tailored to the sub-region’s audience
- Build and scale the product team (PMs, analysts, designers)
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, VIP, Payments, Risk, and Compliance teams
- Optimize mobile UX, the dominant channel for users in the region
- Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making
- Oversee integrations with external providers (Casino Aggregators, Sportsbook)
- Ensure alignment with local regulatory requirements
- Proven experience in product leadership roles within iGaming (Casino, Sportsbook, Betting, Gamification)
- Strong understanding of the chosen LATAM region: user behavior, conversion patterns, payment habits, promotional expectations
- Full command of key iGaming metrics: FTD, NGR, Conversion to Dep, ARPU, LTV, Retention, Reactivation
- Strong analytical skills, hypothesis-driven mindset, and experience managing high-impact metrics
- Ability to oversee multiple product streams
- Experience building and scaling product teams
- Experience with PSP integrations, KYC/AML workflows, and risk systems is a plus
- Knowledge of casino provider mechanics, sportsbook line suppliers, and integration APIs
