Marketing Specialist

This position is ideal for individuals who aim to drive and scale traffic acquisition, optimize key marketing metrics, and analyze the full marketing funnel to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive and scale traffic acquisition across paid, affiliate, and organic channels
- Optimise key metrics (CAC, CPA, LTV, ROMI) to improve performance and profitability
- Analyse the full marketing funnel and identify growth opportunities
- Manage budgets, focusing on the most efficient and high-ROI channels
- Set up and maintain tracking systems (attribution, pixels, postbacks)
- Collaborate with Product, CRM, and Content teams to align efforts
- Test new channels, creatives, and strategies through A/B testing
- Improve marketing processes, automation, and reporting
- Work with affiliates and partners to grow external traffic
- Take ownership of results and drive continuous growth
- Experience in performance or digital marketing (traffic acquisition)
- Strong understanding of key metrics (CAC, CPA, LTV, ROMI) and funnel analysis
- Hands-on experience with tracking systems (pixels, postbacks, attribution tools)
- Experience managing and optimising marketing budgets
- Data-driven approach and ability to work with analytics
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong ownership and proactive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively
- Attention to detail with a results-oriented approach
