Payment Operation Manager

The role is perfect for those who aim to participate in integration projects with PSPs and payment platforms, including gateway/method naming, required fields, validation, limits, and cashier infoblocks. It involves working with online payments, payment flows, and transaction lifecycles across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities include setting up and improving cashier UX, overseeing day-to-day payment operations, and analysing payment performance to continuously improve transaction success and customer experience. The role also requires maintaining the stability of payment operations in a fast-changing, multi-geo environment and taking full ownership of operational improvements.
- Participate in integration projects with PSPs and payment platforms (gateway/method naming, required fields, validation, limits, cashier infoblocks).
- Work with online payments, payment flows, and transaction lifecycles across multiple markets.
- Set up and improve cashier UX: payment buttons, instructions, pre-defined amounts.
- Oversee day-to-day payment operations: transaction, cashier, balance, and conversion/error-report monitoring, transaction and P2P reconciliation, PSP volume monitoring.
- Analyze payment performance, routing, and key operational metrics to continuously improve transaction success and customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with providers and internal teams (product, business, support).
- Maintain the stability of payment operations in a fast-changing, multi-geo environment.
- Take full ownership of operational improvements and payment experience quality, proactively identifying and driving optimizations.
- 2-3+ years of experience in Payments Operations, Billing, or a similar role within online payments, ideally including exposure to new market/PSP launches (required).
- Strong, hands-on understanding of online payment systems, PSPs, technical integrations, payment flows, and transaction lifecycles (required).
- Confidence working with financial and transactional data, including budgeting, settlement calculations, and commission/cost optimisation (required).
- Experience in Microsoft Excel and Tableau (dashboards, monitoring reports) (required).
- Experience communicating with international partners and payment service providers, both verbally and in writing (required).
- Upper-Intermediate level of English (required).
- Experience in iGaming will be a plus (nice-to-have).
