Payment Operations Specialist
Growe is seeking a Payment Operations Specialist to support the launch of new payment service providers and payment methods. The role involves managing online payments, payment flows, and transaction lifecycles while ensuring the stability of operations in a dynamic environment.
The specialist will be responsible for analysing payment performance, routing, and key operational metrics to optimise processes that impact transaction success and customer experience. This position requires close collaboration with international partners, payment service providers, and internal teams to drive operational improvements and maintain high quality standards.
- Support the launch of new payment service providers and payment methods.
- Work with online payments, payment flows, and transaction lifecycles.
- Analyze payment performance, routing, and key operational metrics.
- Optimize processes that impact transaction success and customer experience.
- Collaborate with international partners, PSPs, and internal teams.
- Maintain the stability of payment operations in a dynamic environment.
- Take ownership of operational improvements and payment experience quality.
- 2+ years of experience in Payments Operations, Billing, Payment Support, or a similar role within online payments (required).
- Solid understanding of online payment systems, PSPs, technical integrations, payment flows, and transaction lifecycles (required).
- Confidence working with financial and transactional data (required).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tableau (required).
- Experience communicating with international partners and payment service providers, both verbally and in writing (required).
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (required).
- Experience in iGaming (nice-to-have).
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy (required).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute tasks efficiently (required).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills (required).
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to support others (required).
