Product Content Manager
This role is for a Product Content Manager at an international online gaming company. The company focuses on delivering a high-quality, personalized gaming experience in Latin America through advanced technology and localized services. The Product Content Manager will be responsible for developing and launching casino games, as well as operating CRM, CS, and Back-office platforms.
- Lead the development and execution of the Product Content Plan, ensuring alignment of all visual and textual assets with business goals and brand guidelines
- Manage and optimize Casino and Sports lobbies using SDUI (Server-Driven UI), creating personalized experiences for different user segments
- Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to continuously improve content strategies and placements
- Optimize banners, lobby structure, and UI elements to maximize user engagement and NGR
- At least 1 year of experience as a Product Manager
- Proficiency in managing content and working with Back office
- At least an intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
- Good analytical skills and algorithmic thinking with a deep understanding of product KPIs
- Experience in launching and conducting A/B tests
- Basic knowledge of Figma
- Experience in working with analytical instruments, preferably Tableau
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
