- 2+ years of experience in content management, PR, or brand communications
- Strong writing and editing skills in Chilean Spanish and English
- Experience with PR content (press releases, announcements, official statements)
- Experience with CRM communications (email campaigns, push notifications, in-app messages)
- Experience with Social media copy
- Proven ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across multiple channels
- Strategic mindset combined with strong attention to detail
- Experience creating or maintaining tone of voice or content guidelines
- Experience in betting, gaming, or fintech - nice to have
