Senior Growth Marketing Manager – Dating (Acquisition & Retargeting)

Description

We are scaling our investment into the dating vertical and this role owns growth end-to-end: building acquisition funnels, launching and optimizing paid media, and using partner-side levers (retargeting, first-party audiences, landing page iteration) to improve conversion and LTV.

Responsibilities
  • Full-funnel growth strategy + execution : awareness → acquisition → retargeting → conversion optimization.
  • Paid acquisition planning and hands-on campaign management across channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, native), including testing frameworks, budget allocation, and scaling rules.
  • Retargeting and first-party audience strategy enabled by partner collaboration (pixel/CAPI/event signals, CRM audiences where applicable), with a focus on efficiency and incrementality.
  • Funnel and landing page optimization (CRO) : identify drop-offs, create hypotheses, run structured tests, and improve conversion rates across the journey.
  • Creative testing system : develop angles, briefs, and test plans; collaborate with design/copy resources (internal/contractor/partner) to ship and iterate.
  • Competitive and market research : track dating trends, positioning, user motivations, and advertiser constraints in sensitive verticals.
  • Measurement and reporting : define KPIs (CAC, CVR, ROAS, LTV:CAC, volume, account health), build performance narratives, and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders + partner teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience driving performance/growth marketing for subscription, lead-gen, or marketplace-style funnels (dating experience is a plus, not required).
  • Strong working knowledge of paid acquisition + funnel optimization, and how to scale while maintaining efficiency.
  • Experience navigating policy/compliance constraints in sensitive or restricted categories (dating, finance, health, etc.) and keeping accounts healthy long-term.
  • Analytical mindset: comfortable with attribution realities, experimentation, and making decisions with imperfect data.
  • Strong communication and partner management skills
