SEO Director - iGaming
As the SEO Director, you will be responsible for developing holistic strategies that generate high-quality traffic that turns into leads for our partners while also building and leading a talented team of SEO specialists and product owners.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and implement a robust content strategy aimed at driving significant traffic growth, particularly through general organic search results, with a focus on lead generation.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Build, scale, and mentor a high-performing team of SEO specialists and product owners, with responsibility for hiring, team development, and organizational structure.
SEO & Optimization:
- Ensure our assets are highly optimized for search, focusing on visibility in regular organic search.
Test & Experiment:
- Design and run SEO experiments to validate hypotheses, test new approaches, and continuously improve our understanding of what drives performance across our assets.
Drive Innovation:
- Stay on top of relevant search developments and implement required changes into our overall strategy to ensure future growth.
Drive Collaboration:
- Work cross-functionally with SEO, marketing, and product teams to align our efforts with general business goals.
Data-Driven Approach:
- Regularly analyze our asset's performance through ongoing testing and experimentation, adapt strategies, and make informed decisions to continuously improve traffic and lead generation.
Requirements & Skills:
Proven Leadership:
- Experience building and managing SEO teams and creating a results-driven, positive work culture.
SEO Expertise:
- Outstanding knowledge of SEO best practices with experience in content, off-page, and tech SEO.
Proven Track Record:
- Strong background in developing and executing SEO strategies that drive measurable traffic growth.
Lead Generation & Affiliation:
- Familiarity with lead generation and affiliate marketing strategies, understanding how content can be optimized for conversion.
Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Industry Knowledge:
- Extensive prior experience in the iGaming industry.
