HRIS Analyst
IGT is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support HR systems through configuration, data management, system support, and process execution activities. This role is responsible for performing system updates, supporting end users, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting with HRIS enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives. The HRIS Analyst works collaboratively with HRIS team members, IT, and business stakeholders to support day-to-day HR system operations while developing expertise in HR technology platforms and processes.
- Support configuration, maintenance, and system updates within SuccessFactors, the system of record
- Process employee data changes and system transactions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Respond to user inquiries and provide first-level troubleshooting support for HR system-related issues
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and reporting support activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Identify, document, and escalate system, process, or data issues as appropriate
- Support testing activities for system updates, enhancements, and releases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Assist with maintaining system documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base content
- Utilize HR technology platforms including SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365 to support operational activities
- Support implementation of process improvements and system optimization initiatives under guidance from senior team members
- Collaborate with HRIS team members, IT, and stakeholders to support ongoing HR technology operations and projects
- 2–4+ years of experience in HRIS, HR systems, or related operational support roles
- Experience working with HR systems (SuccessFactors preferred)
- Experience with data processing, validation, and system support activities
- Experience troubleshooting basic to moderately complex system or data issues
- Experience supporting testing activities for system updates, releases, or enhancements
- Ability to analyze HR data and identify inconsistencies or issues
- Basic understanding of HR processes and HR systems workflows
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data validation, basic analysis, and reporting (preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
