Product Operations QA Coordinator
The Product Operations QA Coordinator role focuses on operational quality assurance, process evaluation, documentation, and continuous improvement. The position involves supporting automation initiatives and working alongside Product Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to identify quality trends and implement scalable solutions.
As the custodian of Product Operations standards, the individual in this role ensures that processes are clearly documented, consistently followed, and continuously improved to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
- Perform quality checks on game releases, promotions, rewards, certifications and other Product Operations activities.
- Make sure all work is completed correctly and follows company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Identify quality issues, operational risks and process gaps, recommending and supporting appropriate corrective actions.
- Review quality results and suggest ways to improve accuracy, consistency and efficiency.
- Own the creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of Product Operations documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, work instructions, checklists and operational standards.
- Make sure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Support testing, release checks and audit activities.
- Prepare reports on QA performance and highlight any recurring issues or trends.
- Support the implementation and adoption of automation and AI tools to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual work and enhance quality assurance processes.
- Work closely with Product Operations, Compliance, Development, CRM, Customer Operations and other teams to maintain high quality standards.
- Help prepare training materials and support the onboarding of new team members.
- Take part in projects that improve Product Operations processes and ways of working.
- Perform any other tasks or responsibilities related to the role.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Quality Assurance, Product Operations or similar operational role (required).
- Experience performing structured QA reviews and operational evaluations (required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend practical solutions (required).
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills (required).
- Experience creating, documenting and continuously improving operational processes, SOPs, process maps and knowledge bases (required).
- Experience supporting process improvement and operational change initiatives (required).
- Comfortable working with reporting, operational metrics and data analysis (required).
- Interest in automation and AI-enabled operational processes (required).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (required).
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement (required).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality standards (required).
