Commercial Administration Officer – M/F – Apprenticeship
By joining the Commercial Department of FDJ Réseau, you will be part of a commercial subsidiary undergoing transformation, within a human-sized group. Within the Vélizy-Villacoublay agency, a team with multiple skills works hand in hand to support and retain our Partner Merchants. As part of our apprenticeship campaign, we are looking for our future Commercial Administration Officer for the start of the 2026/2027 academic year.
- You participate in processing the files of our Partner Merchants to ensure the compliance of documents for approvals or transfers. In this capacity, you will update the steering tools available to you.
- You support Partner Merchants by phone by centralizing all incoming requests and communicating the information gathered to the various stakeholders in your agency.
- You contribute to commercial organization by ensuring the logistics of training and events for Partner Merchants, welcoming clients in person, and entering and tracking agency purchases.
- You are pursuing a degree in the commercial or administrative field at Bac+3 level (Licence) or Master 2.
- You are curious and organized to best prepare for your various tasks.
- Your interpersonal skills allow you to be comfortable in all circumstances and to build quality relationships with your various contacts.
- You are driven by a taste for challenge and a sense of customer service.
