Oracle Service Contracts Functional Specialist (OKS)

Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Service Contracts Functional Specialist to support the design, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle EBS Service Contracts and related modules. The role will partner with business teams to streamline contract lifecycle processes and ensure seamless integration across service operations.

Responsibilities
  • Configure and support Oracle Service Contracts (OKS) and Installed Base (IB).
  • Support integration across related modules such as Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Pricing, Field Service.
  • Manage contract creation, renewals, billing, pricing, and entitlements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams across OM, AR, Pricing, Field Service, and Inventory.
  • Lead requirement gathering, functional design and perform functional testing, UAT coordination, and production deployment support.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate RICEFW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, documentation practices, and change-management policies.
  • Provide user training, functional guidance, and best-practice recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
  • Stay current with Oracle EBS updates, patches, and new functionalities in Service Contracts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Oracle Functional Specialist with strong expertise in Oracle Service Contracts (OKS).
  • Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Installed Base (IB) and Order Management (OM).
  • Strong understanding of contract billing, advanced pricing, coverage, entitlements, and renewal processes.
  • Experience working with SLA-driven environments and cross-functional service operations.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into Oracle EBS configurations and solutions.
  • Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven and strong coordination skills, able to work independently with technical, functional, and business user teams.
  • Willing to support extended or off-hours activities when required.
  • Familiarity with Oracle AIM/OUM methodologies.
