HR Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a profile that will join the HR Department as an HR Payroll Specialist.

Responsibilities

Management of monthly variables on payroll management (Zucchetti) and control of the correctness of the coupons processed by the Provider;
Management of the attendance collection process and management of vouchers using the Zucchetti Presenze Project system (illnesses, maternity leave, permits, etc.):
Direct interface with employees for support related to all aspects of personnel administration and payrolls;
Management of expense reports and relationships with supplementary health insurance;
Management of the monthly deadline and related obligations;
Management of the relationship with the Social Security and Welfare Funds;
Production of the report from time to time required.

Requirements

Degree preferably with an economic/administrative focus;
Required in-depth knowledge of the Zucchetti Project application;
Requires approximately 3-4 years of experience in payroll and attendance management, Preferably in structured and medium-large companies;
Having obtained a Master's degree in HR Administration or a Course in Payroll & Contributions is a preferential qualification;
Request knowledge of the CCNL Trade and Telecommunications;
Good knowledge of written and spoken English;
Excellent mastery of information technology, especially the office package and Excel.
