Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst in the Digital Transformation team, you will work on improving and redesigning business processes, defining measurable outcomes through KPIs, supporting implementation, and contributing to AI-driven initiatives across the organisation. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, operations, product, engineering, data and automation teams, turning business needs into structured, actionable and measurable transformation initiatives.
- Map as-is business processes with a clear focus on process re-engineering, not just documentation.
- Design to-be processes, define business requirements and success metrics (KPIs), and support implementation and rollout.
- Identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities using data and operational insights.
- Perform data analysis to track performance, monitor transformation initiatives and support decision-making.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for C-level stakeholders, clearly communicating progress, impact and next steps.
- Contribute to AI use cases and automation initiatives, including: opportunity identification and prioritization business case definition coordination with delivery teams monitoring execution and outcomes
- Support cross-functional initiatives involving operations, product, payments, risk, compliance, customer support and other business areas.
- Translate complex operational problems into structured problem statements and practical solutions.
- Ensure initiatives are delivered with clear scope, ownership, timelines and measurable results.
- Degree in Engineering , Computer Science, Business or related field. (required)
- Ideally 2-3 years of experience in Consulting, Business Analysis, Operations Excellence or similar project-based environments. (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills, structured thinking and high attention to detail. (required)
- Strong abstraction ability - able to see patterns and simplify complex processes. (required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English. (required)
- High proficiency in PowerPoint (storytelling, executive decks) and Excel (analysis, metrics, modeling). (required)
- Strong interest and hands-on comfort with AI tools and modern productivity workflows (prompting, research, automation, analysis). (required)
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and balance business, technical and operational perspectives. (required)
- Proactive mindset with ownership mentality and willingness to get involved in delivery, not only analysis. (required)
