IT Procurement Associate

Description

As an IT Procurement Associate at Novibet, you will support the effective delivery of procurement activities across a range of IT categories, including software, hardware, and IT services. This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence across sourcing, supplier management, and procure-to-pay processes, while ensuring alignment with business needs and internal governance standards.

Responsibilities
  • Support procurement activities across IT categories (e.g. software, hardware, and IT services)
  • Assist in the execution of sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking to support data-driven decisions
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and process efficiency
  • Review and validate Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in line with agreed terms
  • Support approval workflows in accordance with internal governance and authorisation thresholds
  • Participate in RFx processes (RFQ/RFP), including documentation preparation and supplier communication
  • Analyse supplier proposals and support evaluation and selection processes
  • Collaborate with Finance and suppliers to resolve invoicing issues and ensure smooth service delivery
  • Assist in supplier onboarding, due diligence, and contract management processes
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing guidance on procurement processes and best practices
Requirements
  • Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field (required)
  • Exposure to Professional Services categories (e.g., consulting, IT, legal, HR) is preferred (preferred)
  • Familiarity with procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and systems (Coupa experience is an advantage) (required)
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills (required)
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities (required)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment (required)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) (required)
  • Additional language(s), such as Spanish or Portuguese, will be considered a plus (nice-to-have)
