Playtech Managed Services is looking for a proactive Customer Service Associate fluent in English with great communication skills. This role involves resolving customer queries via phone, email, and chat related to products, promotions, and accounts on the platform. You will be responsible for providing accurate information, handling complaints to offer speedy solutions, and identifying customer needs to ensure satisfaction. The position also requires recording customer interactions accurately and building strong customer relationships through open communication.
- Resolve customer queries via phone, email and chat related to products, promotions and accounts on the platform.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer queries and complaints to provide speedy, appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Emphasize customer retention and, when needed, proactively contact customers to enhance the brand-to-customer relationship.
- Record all customer interactions accurately and confidentially within the provided systems and external communications.
- Build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication.
- Fluent in English.
- Available to work on shifts, including late hours and night shifts.
