Junior Content Writer
Playtech’s PAM+ Product Team is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Content Writer to join our Content Team for a 6-month fixed-term internship. The Content Team is responsible for ensuring that our PAM+ products are clearly and effectively communicated to customers through a range of content formats, including release notes, product manuals, overviews, how-to videos, and more. This role is perfect for someone who’s genuinely curious about marketing and excited to grow at the intersection of communications and IT. We’re looking for a natural question-asker-someone who enjoys digging deeper, connecting dots, and understanding how complex products work and how to communicate them clearly to different audiences. - Work closely with software analysts, developers, and product managers to translate new features into clear, user-friendly content that helps customers understand and adopt our PAM+ products, with a primary focus on our engagement tools such as leaderboards, missions, and prize drops.
- Create engaging, easy-to-follow how-to videos that primarily explain how to use our system and products.
- Review and update existing content (articles, videos, and more) to ensure it remains accurate, relevant, and user-friendly.
- Work closely with the Content Development Team Lead and three other expert writers to ensure all content meets our high standards and is delivered on time.
- Contribute to Playtech Academy, our knowledge base, and explore creative ways to support and promote our products through the platform.
- Have excellent verbal, writing, and editing skills in English
- Are passionate about writing clear web content and marketing-style copy (bonus points for microcopy), ideally in a software or product environment
- Are eager to learn about new products and quickly understand how they benefit users
- Are capable of extracting clear user benefits and identifying key USPs
- Are comfortable asking questions to fully understand how things work
- Enjoy creating how-to videos and translating written content into engaging visual formats
- Can turn complex topics into simple and user-friendly content
- Think in a structured way and can break down features step-by-step
- Are comfortable switching between writing, editing, and video creation tasks
- Including some examples of relevant skills and achievements in your cover letter
- Experience producing content, such as product articles or how-to videos
- Experience with Atlassian Confluence and/or Jira
- Experience using AI tools smartly and effectively for content development
