Procurement Specialist

Description

Playtech's Procurement unit is looking for a Procurement Specialist with a curious mindset and excellent communication. You will negotiate with vendors and suppliers, assist in coordinated procurement activities for various global company sites, and map and maintain site-related expenses, contracts, and service agreements. You will act as the contact for local office managers and teams worldwide, supporting their procurement needs, and manage annual renewals and track contract timelines. You will run RFP/RFQ processes, evaluate suppliers, and support negotiation of commercial terms, as well as assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining supplier information. You will support global standardization of operational services, identify cost-saving opportunities, and assist in researching new suppliers. You will monitor supplier performance and follow up on delivery delays or service issues, produce procurement administration reports, and work closely with the finance department. You will also work with other group procurement coordinators and communicate professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization and external contacts.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinated procurement activities for various global company sites, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Assist in mapping and maintaining site-related expenses, contracts, and service agreements for each location.
  • Act as the contact for local office managers and teams worldwide, supporting their procurement needs.
  • Manage annual renewals and track contract timelines to ensure timely negotiations and stakeholders’ approvals.
  • Run RFP/RFQ processes, evaluate suppliers, and support negotiation of commercial terms.
  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining various supplier information in a centralized system (supplier map, supplier on-time delivery rating charts, various contracts, and other documentation).
  • Support global standardization of operational services and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist in researching new suppliers for new projects and existing products.
  • Monitor supplier performance and follow up on delivery delays or service issues
  • Produce procurement administration reports.
  • Work closely with the finance department and assist with Reports to finance.
  • Work with other group procurement coordinators.
  • Communicate professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization and external contacts.
Requirements
  • Min. 2 years of experience in a related field
  • BSc./MSc/BA. in Economics, Logistics, Business Management or related discipline
  • Excellent command of the English language written and spoken
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Advanced Excel and Word knowledge
  • Having accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Being able to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines
