In this opportunity, we are looking for a Workforce Planning Analyst who will be in charge of:
Analysis of the workforce and schedule distribution.
Proposing new methods for workforce distribution and management.
Reporting key management, performance, and workforce optimization indicators.

- Experience in personnel management.
- Experience in presenting reports to management using dashboards.
- Advanced English level (ability to hold fluent conversations in English).
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Ability to make quick decisions in diverse situations.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Detail-oriented personality with good organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
