Customer Support Specialist / VBET - Mixed Shifts
The successful candidate will be working within a fast paced, exciting and highly productive environment. The company has highly ambitious plans and is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist its customers by addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues with a focus on Turkish speaking Customers.
This job requires working in rotating shifts: morning, evening, and night (10:00 - 18:00, 18:00 - 02:00, and 02:00 - 10:00).
- Deliver customer service through online and phone support.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Provide solutions to customers with the help of supervisors from different departments.
- Provide detailed information about websites, procedures, payments and requests.
- Inform customers about deals and promotions.
- Very good and precise written expression in Turkish and Armenian (required).
- Other languages are a big plus (preferred).
- Enjoy finding solutions to a variety of problems and supporting customers in a friendly and productive manner (required).
- Curiosity and interest in digital products and applications (required).
- Strong communication and organisational skills (required).
- High level of flexibility and adaptability to manoeuvre in a very dynamic environment (required).
