Description

TAG Media is looking to recruit a full time Group Sales Manager to manage and develop our operator sales pipeline for our Agency, affie.ai and TAG Connect offerings to scale each product and service in line with our strategy. Working remotely, the Group Sales Manager will play a central role in the growth of both TAG Media's product and service offering. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Group Sales Manager will work closely with senior leadership teams to establish effective business development strategies that will grow revenues across all of TAG Media’s products and services. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and experienced Group Sales Manager who will accelerate the distribution of the group’s products and services. This role will require an in-depth understanding and proven track record of winning sales cycles within the iGaming industry. If you are looking for a role with a strong impact on revenue growth, then this might be for you.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and engage iGaming operators who would benefit from AI-driven affiliate programme management
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities in Pipedrive CRM
  • Develop deep product knowledge of the affie.ai platform and the operator pain points it solves
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to refine messaging and sales collateral
  • Own the Agency's new business pipeline - sourcing operators needing affiliate programme management, BD, or consultancy
  • Represent TAG Media at industry conferences and trade shows (iGB, SBC Summit, ICE)
  • Work with Agency leadership to scope proposals and onboard new clients
  • Drive operator sign-ups to the TAG Connect affiliate network
  • Nurture relationships with prospective operator partners and manage onboarding
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across all three propositions
Requirements
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within iGaming, SaaS or digital services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business targets
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle - from prospecting to close
  • Strong understanding of the iGaming ecosystem: operators, affiliates, programme management and compliance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - comfortable pitching to C-suite and senior marketing & commercial leaders
  • Self-motivated, highly organised, able to manage multiple pipelines and prioritise effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (we use Pipedrive)
  • Existing network of contacts within iGaming operators
  • Experience selling SaaS products, particularly in MarTech or AdTech
  • Understanding of affiliate platforms (e.g., Income Access, NetRefer, Everflow, MyAffiliates)
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
  • Familiarity with AI/ML products and ability to articulate technical value propositions commercially
  • Multilingual ability - particularly in European languages
Benefits
  • Competitive package: Salary based on experience + uncapped 20% bonus on all sales above target
  • Remote-first: Work from anywhere in the UK (or internationally with agreement)
  • Industry events: Regular attendance at major iGaming conferences worldwide
  • Growth: Join at a pivotal moment - lead the commercial effort for an AI-first product in a $100bn+ industry
  • Award-winning team: Backed by TAG Media's 16+ years of iGaming expertise and 150+ years of collective industry experience. TAG Media has been awarded Employer of the Year in each of the past 3 years at the iGB Affiliate Awards.
  • Autonomy: Own your pipelines, strategy, and results with the backing of experienced leadership
  • Tech-forward culture: We use AI tools extensively - you'll be equipped with the best tools to sell smarter
  • 20 days paid leave per year plus statutory holidays & 5 mental health days off throughout the year
  • Competitive remuneration package
  • Well established, friendly remote working environment where you can thrive and develop your skills
  • Scope to develop a sales team
