HR Systems Analyst
The HR Systems Analyst supports the people strategy, processes and tools, so that leaders can identify and develop their talent. This position reports to the HR Systems Manager, and is responsible for maintaining the SAP SuccessFactors system.
You will be responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance, operation, and ongoing administration of the SAP SuccessFactors system. You will participate in research and development to enable continuing innovation. You will ensure that HR systems and related procedures adhere to organisational processes, policies and guidelines. In addition, you will be responsible for setting systems administration requirements, establishing governance processes, implementation, communication, and system security administration that supports strategic objectives. - Provide technical support, troubleshooting and root cause analysis for SAP SuccessFactors and associated HR systems.
- Configure, maintain and enhance HR systems to meet business requirements, including testing and deployment of new functionality.
- Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities and support continuous optimisation of the HR technology landscape.
- Maintain accurate system documentation, configuration records and support procedures.
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT and other business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective system solutions.
- Collaborate with external vendors, including SAP, to resolve issues, manage service requests and support platform upgrades.
- Support business change initiatives through system implementation, user communications, testing and training activities.
- Contribute to the effective operation of HR Technology services within a collaborative, hybrid, global team.
- Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors or another enterprise cloud HRIS (Workday, Oracle HCM, etc.) (required).
- Knowledge of HR processes and HR system configuration (required).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills (required).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (required).
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience (required).
- SAP SuccessFactors certification (nice-to-have).
