Gaming Content Specialist

Description

You will be part of the Gaming Content Team & carry out a wide range of tasks to ensure the successful day to day operation of Games Products across the Italian market. As Gaming Content Specialist you’ll be lining into the Content Manager providing support to both them & Head of Content as part of an in-house team specialising in gaming content, working across all Evoke brands. You will also work closely with internal and external teams such as Compliance, Games Delivery (Test), CRM, Operations Gaming Support, Creative, Publishing & 3rd party games providers.

Responsibilities
  • Taking charge of Business as Usual (BAU) content life cycle
  • Building games Configurations
  • Work with 3rd party suppliers & build relationships
  • Collaborating with senior team members to choose games
  • Overseeing day-to-day game delivery across multiple systems
  • Engaging in the creation of custom and branded content
  • Game reporting – be data driven. Proficient in identifying trends within extensive datasets
  • Conducting competitor research to identify any opportunities or innovations we might be overlooking
  • Take full ownership of the ADM portal management, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements in the Italian market.
  • Maintain and oversee all aspects of the Casino CMS, including game configuration, and content updates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure that games placement on site is in line with our game positioning strategy.
Requirements
  • Native Italian speaker with strong written and verbal English communication.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end game content pipelines (onboarding, testing, release) across multiple platforms, including coordination of release schedules and roadmaps aligned to commercial priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of RNG, slots, and live casino products, with experience analysing performance data (GGR, RTP, engagement KPIs) to optimise content strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience working with external providers and aggregators, managing integrations, alongside solid understanding of QA, testing workflows, and regulatory compliance (e.g. UKGC, MGA).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across regions, supporting go-to-market planning and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Working knowledge of CMS/back-office platforms and tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Jira) for content management, tracking, reporting, and post-launch analysis.
