  • Partner with business stakeholders to implement, maintain, and enhance compliance policies, procedures, controls, and governance frameworks.

  • Drive compliance awareness and training initiatives to promote a strong culture of regulatory compliance and ethical conduct across the organisation.
  • Support the identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of regulatory and compliance risks within operational processes.
  • Collaborate closely with operational teams, senior management, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance standards are consistently achieved and maintained.
  • Contribute to business projects and strategic initiatives by providing proactive regulatory and compliance input throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the maintenance and ongoing development of the Company’s Risk Register, compliance monitoring programme, and governance reporting framework.
  • Monitor and assess regulatory developments and emerging risks, providing clear analysis and recommendations regarding potential business impact.
  • Prepare high-quality compliance reports, reviews, management information, and regulatory updates for senior leadership and governance committees.
  • Lead, mentor, and support members of the Compliance team as may be required, fostering professional development, ensuring effective workload management, and promoting a high-performance compliance culture.
  • Support compliance projects and undertake ad hoc regulatory assignments as required.
Requirements
