As a Control Room Manager, you will lead all aspects of daily control room activities, coordinate incident responses, and drive continuous improvements across our processes. Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and support Control Room Operators during all shifts.
  • Ensure control room activities fully adhere to operational, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational and system blocking issues.
  • Coordinate the execution of operational tasks in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Manage team performance against important metrics, including accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
  • Review, approve, and produce management-level operational reports and performance analysis.
  • Lead incident management, investigation, and resolution coordination.
  • Monitor the general condition and accessibility of gaming systems.
  • Implement process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Train, mentor, and develop control room staff to maintain operational excellence.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in IT, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in a control room, operations centre, NOC, SOC, or gaming operations setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of incident management and operational reporting.
  • Proficient with computer systems, monitoring tools, and reporting platforms.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
