As a Control Room Manager, you will lead all aspects of daily control room activities, coordinate incident responses, and drive continuous improvements across our processes. - Lead, supervise, and support Control Room Operators during all shifts.
- Ensure control room activities fully adhere to operational, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational and system blocking issues.
- Coordinate the execution of operational tasks in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Manage team performance against important metrics, including accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
- Review, approve, and produce management-level operational reports and performance analysis.
- Lead incident management, investigation, and resolution coordination.
- Monitor the general condition and accessibility of gaming systems.
- Implement process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Train, mentor, and develop control room staff to maintain operational excellence.
- Diploma or degree in IT, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in a control room, operations centre, NOC, SOC, or gaming operations setting.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of incident management and operational reporting.
- Proficient with computer systems, monitoring tools, and reporting platforms.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
