Game Ops Manager

Description

Aristocrat is a global leader in gaming and entertainment technology, delivering innovative online casino content and platform solutions across regulated markets worldwide. The Game Ops Manager plays a key part in ensuring the successful day‑to‑day operation and performance of online casino products, acting as the main operational link between partners, game suppliers, and internal teams. With a strong hands‑on approach, the position focuses on game operations, promotions, compliance, and reporting, driving operational efficiency, partner satisfaction, and overall casino profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the day-to-day operational running of the online casino(s) you’ll manage
  • Oversee game operations, including game launches, configuration, RTP settings, limits, and availability
  • Monitor key casino performance metrics (benchmarks)
  • Organize promotions with game vendors to improve casino profitability
  • Coordinate with Promotions/CRM Teams to ensure correct implementation and monitoring of casino promotions and campaigns
  • Act as main operational point of contact with the clients (partners)
  • Act as the main operational point of contact with key game suppliers
  • Formulate and deliver gaming onboarding activities for new partners
  • Define and deliver the gaming roadmap and content plans
  • Drive the organization towards better levels of operational efficiency with a strong focus on execution
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
Requirements
  • This is a hands-on position.
  • Must have experience working with back-end solutions.
  • Strong understanding of gaming operations, including game configuration, testing, and supplier management.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the gaming industry.
  • Has worked with RTP configs, limits, or promo mechanics directly (not via ticketing only)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly developed verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills and able to relate to others, and maintain a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor while assisting members and co-workers throughout the day.
  • Demonstrated accuracy with consistent attention to detail.
  • Possess independent judgment, discretion, and initiative in the absence of specific directions from management
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and can work effectively and efficiently while maintaining a high level of member service
  • Organized with excellent time-management skills
