Deputy Head of HR Administrative Department

Description

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Support the development and implementation of administrative strategies, procedures, and policies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor relations.
  • Ensure that administrative functions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee administrative staff, assign tasks, and improve their performance.
  • Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave, and timekeeping systems.
  • Ensure that attendance data is accurately recorded for payroll calculation.
  • Develop and implement attendance policies in line with company regulations.
  • Handle attendance-related issues, resolve disputes, and implement disciplinary measures where necessary.
  • Regularly compile attendance reports and present analyses to the management.
  • Identify and implement methods for improving administrative processes.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and propose necessary reforms.
  • Conduct audits and evaluations related to administrative and attendance functions.
  • Lead and mentor the administrative and attendance coordination team.
  • Ensure opportunities for the team's professional development and training.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and Information Technology (IT) teams to ensure seamless integration of attendance systems.
  • Oversee all HR administrative functions, including employee documentation management, HR policies, and compliance with labor legislation.
  • Ensure that the organization complies with local, regional, and international labor legislation.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with industry best practices.
  • Manage HR documentation, including employment contracts, benefits administration, and regulatory reporting.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, salaries, leave, and benefits.
Requirements
  • Experience in workforce management, attendance coordination, or HR operations in the IT sector.
  • Proficiency in English, Russian, and Armenian languages.
  • Deep understanding of administrative functions, policies, and best practices.
  • Experience working with attendance tracking systems and HR software.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and regulations related to workforce management.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to perform data analysis and compile reports for decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic IT environment.
  • A responsible and detail-oriented individual.
