Description

Better Collective is seeking an executive leader to join their team as the Head of Sales for the LATAM region. This role is designed for an individual with a combination of strategic thinking and practical execution, aiming to lead the commercial strategy for LATAM and drive significant revenue growth. The position involves not only managing a team but also mentoring them, fostering key relationships with advertisers and publishers, and representing Better Collective in the region.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the regional sales strategy in LATAM in alignment with global business objectives, ensuring the achievement of ambitious revenue targets.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of sales managers and executives, ensuring consistent performance and development across all LATAM markets.
  • Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with publishers, media agencies, and top-tier advertisers across LATAM to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Represent the company at key industry events and executive forums, acting as the face of the company in LATAM and providing senior leadership with actionable insights on market trends and regional performance.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in sales, business development, or revenue roles within the publishing, media, AdTech, or digital advertising industry.
  • Deep knowledge of the LATAM media landscape, with a strong network across publishers, agencies, and direct advertisers.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build and lead diverse, high-performing teams across multiple countries.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and executive relationship management skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a strong plus).
  • Willingness to travel extensively across LATAM and the US.
