Junior PPC Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior PPC Specialist to join our Group Acquisition Marketing department at Better Collective. In this role, you will support the setup, management, and optimisation of pay-per-click advertising campaigns across multiple markets, with the goal of driving high-quality traffic and maximising campaign performance. You will work closely with experienced PPC specialists and gain hands-on experience with campaign strategy, performance analysis, tracking, and optimisation within a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the setup of new PPC campaigns (landing pages, affiliate tracking links, keywords, ads, campaign structures, etc.);
  • Monitoring and optimising existing campaigns to achieve predefined KPIs and performance goals;
  • Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement;
  • Ensuring campaigns are delivering the desired profitability and value;
  • Checking operators’ statistics and performance data on a daily basis;
  • Identifying and flagging issues related to tracking, campaign performance, or commercial setup;
  • Supporting reporting, testing, and ongoing PPC-related projects;
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and PPC best practices.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;
  • Interest in digital marketing and paid advertising;
  • Good organisational and communication skills;
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads and PPC concepts is considered a plus;
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
