Senior Affiliate Partnerships Manager Brazil

As Affiliate Partnerships Manager in Better Collective’s Revenue department, you will be responsible for establishing and building key partnerships for our Affiliate Partnership division. You will be also responsible for a portfolio of partnerships in the Brazilian market, contributing directly to a share of the market’s revenue. You will work with colleagues across departments and quickly acquire an insight into various commercial activities, including close alignment with the rest of the Commercial Team, Partner Operations and Business Development teams. The service will be provided in Sao Paulo, but you will be required to travel regularly to meet key partners and attend industry conferences and events.
- Identify and onboard new entrants to the market, whilst maintaining commercial & contractual framework
- Develop and maintain strong relations with commercial partners
- Negotiate and optimize commercial terms, in line with company strategy (CPA/Revenue Share/Hybrid/Tenancy)
- Campaign/partner analysis & daily reporting on key performance metrics
- Supporting due diligence, invoicing, and cash collection across assigned partners
- Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and ROI optimization
- Monthly customer reporting to highlight key trends & issues, leading to suggestions for revenue development
- Work closely with local stakeholders to optimize partner prioritization and uncover new revenue opportunities
- Keep up to date with regulation, compliance and market trends
- Implement and develop pricing and pipeline for Better Collective’s Brazilian assets, in conjunction with Affiliate Partnerships Team Lead
- Deliver quarterly business performance reports to partners, identifying optimization opportunities
- Has relevant Commercial/Marketing/Agency experience - ideally in iGaming
- Digital marketing knowledge - ideally Affiliate
- A solid understanding of the iGaming industry
- Has a proven track record with sales and account management/media buying
- An understanding of different commercial models: CPA / CPL / CPM / Revenue Share
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills with a commercially strategic mindset
- Highly organized, self driven & proactive, with the ability to work under pressure
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Portuguese native language skills
- Fluency in English is essential
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
