THE ROLE We are looking for a motivated, creative and German-speaking Vertical Content Specialist - Betting Media DACH at Better Collective with a passion for sports who would like to contribute to the success of our high-performance sports brands ( wettbasis.com ) and to produce, edit and publish engaging sports content for YouTube, TikTok and Instagram with the aim of reaching as many sports fans as possible.

YOU WILL Primarily focus on the (post) production of sports-oriented vertical video content for YouTube and our social media channels Conceive, create and organise content that is perfectly adapted for the use in 9:16 format Have the freedom and space to be fully creative and have the chance to embed your signature style in every project you handle Work closely with our editorial team and our partners to develop target group-orientated content Coordinate content productions, plan publications and ensure that all formats have their maximum impact on our channels at the right time

Responsibilities

Requirements

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO Is into football and sports in general Is proficient in the use of tools like CapCut, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite with hard focus on both Premiere Pro and After Effects Likes to develop, realise and publish creative 9:16 content for social media and YouTube Has strong, proven motion graphics video editing skills and can add superior motion graphics combined with footage recorded Has a feel for digital trends and knows exactly which content performs on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Is a (heavy) user on YouTube and social media with a good knowledge of content trending within relevant target groups and sports audiences Can cater several platforms at the same time, keep an eye on deadlines and work in a structured manner Has an open-minded personality, self-organising skills and a creative way of thinking with hands-on attitude and a growth mindset Has a genuine desire to apply and develop their professional skill set

A PLUS IF YOU Already have some experience with AI-generated content creation tools Describe creativity and good aesthetics as your work ethic

Important notice: This position is full-time (38.5 hours). We offer flexible working models and encourage applicants who can work remotely in any country within the EU where Better Collective has an office.
