As a UK Casino Manager you’ll be supporting the delivery of effective strategies to meet and exceed the company objectives & targets at a market level. This covers operational understanding of any, and all regulatory, compliance, and or, licensing information relevant to your market. Your drive and ideas will help us move faster, improve smarter, and stay ahead of the game.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in delivery of overall Casino strategy, to meet and exceed the company’s business objectives for the market.
  • Proactively seeking out any opportunities that will help grow and benefit the business.
  • Build relationships with casino games providers to ensure we best leverage the content, promos & features available. As part of this securing offers & exclusives and coordinating delivery of this with the rest of the UK team.
  • Monitor and analyse KPIs to optimise activity accordingly.
  • Responsible for generating and presenting a monthly performance review of the casino business for UK team across all brands.
  • Undertake regular competitor reviews and product gap analysis to drive the market forwards.
  • Assisting stakeholders to ensure acquisition and retention initiatives are optimal for market.
  • Work with the brand marketing team to develop a relevant VI for the brands and ensure a consistent brand marketing strategy is delivered at local market level. As part of this, ensure each brand’s identity, tone of voice, etc. is consistent.
  • Ensuring that all digital inventory and online properties are up to date and displaying the best possible content for the local market.
  • Working with the CRM teams to ensure that each phase of the player lifecycle is optimised and covered with relevant promotional initiatives.
  • Developing close working relationships with all relevant stakeholders across the business.
  • Providing Head of UK with local market insights to continually improve and adjust our strategy, delivery, and execution of activity.
  • Working closely with business stakeholders, leveraging your expertise and market knowledge to influence the product development roadmaps.
  • Specifically lead on UK gamification project.
  • Working with internal development teams to fix issues and deliver constant improvements in the core product offering. To include but not limited to, game ordering, prioritisation of promo tools, provider onboarding, etc.
  • Continually refreshing your knowledge of both best in industry and best in market product developments to ensure we continue to deliver best of breed products and customer experience.
Requirements
  • Clear, confident communication (written and verbal), and the ability to breakdown complex ideas (required)
  • A collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross‑functional teams to hit shared goals (required)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball (required)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality work (required)
  • Adaptability – you stay sharp, productive and positive in fast‑moving environments (required)
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations (required)
  • Proven experience of coordinating specialist Casino teams (required)
  • Proven experience working in high pressured environment (required)
  • Significant experience of working with product developers, legal and compliance and marketing teams (required)
  • Excellent analytical skills (required)
  • Ability to conceptualise, discuss and present data, results and proposals internally and externally (required)
  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends (preferred)
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards (preferred)
  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies (preferred)
