Market Operations Manager
Description
As a Markets Operations Manager, you will support the execution, coordination, and operational excellence of all end-to-end front-to-back operations across all asset classes, instruments, customer segments, products, and regions. This is a strong growth opportunity for someone with high aspirations and an ownership mindset. Working closely with the Head of Markets, you will gain broad exposure across the full Markets setup and contribute directly to the scalability and performance of Bitpanda’s trading business.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Markets to drive strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment
- Orchestrate outcomes, impact, and key blocker resolution across all Markets functions
- Serve as the central coordination point, ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders
- Own execution tracking, including roadmap management, issue tracking, and delivery oversight
- Enable Market functions by driving solution design and removing barriers to ensure efficient, scalable operations
Requirements
- Some years of experience (or strong internships) in trading, markets operations, or financial services, combined with a Master’s degree in Finance or a related field (required)
- Ownership mindset, driving cross-functional initiatives end-to-end (required)
- Highly structured and analytical, with the ability to manage complexity and prioritize effectively (required)
- Good level of understanding of trading, the end-to-end (front-to-back) lifecycle, and markets operations (required)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across Trading, Product, Engineering, and Compliance (required)
