Corporate Planning Manager

Description

BrainRocket is seeking a structured and organized Corporate Planning Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution of the company's OKR-based planning process. This role is part of the Strategy & Planning Department, which supports over 4,000 people in navigating quarterly planning, goal setting, execution tracking, and results submission. The ideal candidate will be a mature, self-driven individual with a strong sense of ownership, excellent organizational skills, and a tech-savvy approach, with a keen interest in UI/UX and solution architecture.

Responsibilities
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior and mid-level management.
  • Lead change management initiatives and act as a change agent within the company.
  • Identify and address process gaps; automate where possible.
  • Act as the point of contact for OKR-related queries and tool support.
  • Coordinate and manage company-wide OKR planning cycles.
  • Support teams in setting aligned, measurable goals and ensure timely submission.
  • Facilitate planning meetings & alignment sessions.
  • Maintain planning tools, templates, and knowledge bases.
  • Monitor progress and ensure regular reporting and result validation.
  • Ensure consistent communication & transparency around planning processes.
  • Own and maintain the OKR tools (JIRA) for a group of companies.
  • Build self-service tools for teams to track, update, and report OKRs.
  • Work with IT to ensure secure and scalable systems.
  • Support the training and onboarding of internal teams on tools.
  • Maintain tool documentation.
  • Develop real-time dashboards for department-level tracking.
  • Enable executive reporting and alignment views.
  • Design and implement automation workflows to reduce manual work.
  • Implement reminders and alerts to drive quarterly compliance.
  • Automate data collection and result aggregation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operations, project management, or related fields - preferably within the software development, technology, or data-related industries.
  • Strong practical experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other planning/tracking platforms.
  • JIRA Administration
  • Familiarity with OKRs or other structured goal-setting frameworks.
  • Experience in high-scale environments (1000+ people)
  • Ability to coordinate complex workflows involving multiple teams and timelines.
  • Clear, structured communication skills - both verbal and written - with the ability to adapt messaging for various organizational levels.
  • Experience in designing and improving business processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities.
