Corporate Security Manager
The Security Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing a comprehensive security program that ensures the protection of employees, physical assets, and intellectual property across all company offices and sites in Poland. This position requires operational oversight, flexibility and a strong understanding of risk management, emergency response, and compliance with corporate policies. The Security Manager will act as a key member of the office team and report to the Head of Security, delivering professional insight, maintaining high standards in routine and emergency operations, and developing security and operational protocols.
- Develop and maintain proactive physical security strategies, policies, and procedures tailored to Poland operations and aligned with corporate standards.
- Manage security operations, including daily routines and emergency responses across all offices.
- Plan and implement security upgrades, risk assessments, and prevention programs.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the local security team, including onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Conduct periodic security briefings for employees.
- Conduct periodic drills and site inspections to test preparedness and awareness.
- Designate and maintain safe rooms and evacuation procedures.
- Serve as the key point of contact during incidents, coordinating responses with local law enforcement and emergency services.
- Oversee access control systems, visitor management, and surveillance (CCTV, alarms, panic buttons, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with the Office Director, HR, IT and Information Security teams.
- Brief and debrief teams, and employees on security protocols before and after travel or high-risk operations.
- Minimum 6-7 years of progressive experience in corporate security, law enforcement, or military environments, including managerial roles.
- Strong understanding of risk analysis, emergency management, and security systems.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English
