We are looking for a systemic and versatile HR Business Partner to join our team and serve as a strategic link between business objectives and our people. In this role, you will be instrumental in building high-performing teams, managing complex global mobility, and establishing a sustainable organizational culture in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a dedicated consultant to department heads on organizational design, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Drive initiatives that foster an inclusive, multicultural workplace, ensuring the "BrainRocket DNA" is felt by every team member in the UAE.
  • Lead the full employee lifecycle, focusing on high-touch engagement, retention strategies, and professional development.
  • Serve as a coach for managers and a mediator for employees, promoting a transparent and healthy work environment.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify trends and implement proactive people solutions that improve team efficiency.
  • Ensure HR practices align with UAE Labor Law while maintaining the agility of a global tech company.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in HR, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or similar advisory role, preferably within the Tech, Fintech, or iGaming sectors.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders from 40+ nationalities.
  • Solid understanding of UAE Labor Law and the nuances of the Middle Eastern talent market is a significant plus.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to remain calm and strategic in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field (SHRM/CIPD certification is highly valued).
