BrainRocket is looking for an HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team in Poland! In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to leadership, champion employee experience, and help shape a people-first environment where everyone can thrive and grow.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with department heads to develop team-specific culture initiatives.
  • Lead employee feedback sessions to strengthen engagement strategies.
  • Support and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across BrainRocket.
  • Oversee the rollout of training programs tailored to business needs.
  • Identify skill gaps and create learning initiatives that support growth.
  • Facilitate engaging workshops to upskill individuals and teams.
  • Guide managers in setting expectations and running effective reviews.
  • Ensure consistent performance practices across the organization.
  • Provide daily support on policy interpretation and performance matters.
  • Work with leadership to identify and develop high-potential talent.
  • Build structured career pathways to support long-term retention.
  • Contribute to strategic workforce planning and organizational design.
  • Handle complex employee relations matters with fairness and care.
  • Advise managers on coaching, disciplinary action, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk through sound HR practices.
  • Collaborate in the interview and selection process to ensure great hiring decisions.
  • Support recruitment strategies that attract diverse, top-tier talent.
  • Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate inputs for bonuses, overtime, and deductions.
  • Help teams adapt to change with resilience and a positive mindset.
  • Strengthen morale and collaboration during organizational transitions.
  • Jump into new projects or responsibilities as needed – we’re growing fast!
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a generalist or managerial role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master’s/HR certification is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you’re a people person and a problem-solver.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
