HR Data Analyst

Description

BrainRocket is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing. Young, ambitious, and unstoppable, we've already taken Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia by storm. Our BRO team consists of 1,300 bright minds creating innovative ideas and products. We don’t follow formats. We shape them. We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits. At BrainRocket, we believe that data-driven insights are the backbone of effective people management. We are looking for a strategic HR Data Analyst to own our people metrics, streamline our reporting ecosystem, and provide the analytical firepower needed to optimize recruitment, budgeting, and resource planning. If you’re a master of data storytelling who can turn complex datasets into actionable leadership strategies, we want you on the team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead deep-dive analysis across the entire employee lifecycle-from sourcing and onboarding efficiency to time-off trends and turnover predictors.
  • Act as a key partner in HR budget execution. You will support leadership with high-accuracy resource forecasting and headcount modeling to ensure we scale intelligently.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated, intuitive dashboards. Your goal is to democratize data, empowering stakeholders with real-time insights at their fingertips.
  • Maintain the "single source of truth." You’ll ensure total data integrity and consistency across all internal HR systems and integrations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics, ideally within an HR or People Ops environment.
  • Expert-level skills in data manipulation, complex modeling, and advanced formulas (you know your way around more than just a VLOOKUP).
  • Strong Python skills for data processing, automation, and scripting to handle repetitive tasks and large datasets.
  • Proven ability to build sleek, insightful dashboards in BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • You don’t just report numbers; you translate raw data into business stories and strategic advice that drives change.
Benefits
  • Work from our state-of-the-art office located in the heart of New Belgrade.
  • Enjoy 24 days of annual vacation plus 6 paid sick days provided without the need for a medical certificate.
  • Private health insurance with comprehensive coverage of up to 5,000 EUR annually.
  • Special company gifts for birthdays, weddings, and newborns.
  • A dedicated Learning & Development budget to fund your attendance at international conferences, specialized courses, and professional certifications.
  • Frequent corporate events, including international parties, structured team-building activities, and social outings.
  • Clear pathways for growth and promotion within a fast-scaling global company.
  • A full relocation package is available for international candidates to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Stay active with a company-sponsored Sports Package (FitPass membership).
  • Company-covered Serbian and English classes to help you integrate and communicate effectively.
