HR Operations Specialist
We are currently looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Poland. This is a fully on-site position from Warsaw office!
- Request and collect necessary personal documents and data from new hires.
- Verify completeness and compliance of documentation with internal and legal standards.
- Update and maintain employee records in the HR tool - HiBob.
- Prepare employment contracts and annexes in line with organisational and legal requirements.
- Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
- Handle administrative aspects of contract changes (e.g., promotions, salary adjustments).
- Manage termination processes, including documentation and offboarding steps.
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires regarding administrative and HR matters.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports (e.g., headcount, attrition, absences, contract status)
- Excellent command of English and Polish minimum level B2
- Proven experience in HR administration or operations for the Polish market, preferably in an international environment.
- Experience with HRIS systems, HiBob will be a plus.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in Google suite, Slack.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
