Risk, Fraud & Payments Analyst

Description

We are seeking a Risk, Fraud and Payments Analyst to join our dynamic team in Skopje, North Macedonia. Reporting to the Head of RFP, you will join a team that focuses on risk, fraud and payments issues, all with the aim to give a seamless experience to our customers and safeguard our Firm.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor, check, and resolve payments, fraud, and bonus abuse alerts (including 24/7 exposure limit monitoring when needed)
  • Perform payment reviews and process manual transactions and withdrawals, including the High Withdrawal Approval Process (HWAP)
  • Conduct account reviews and risk assessments before processing withdrawals, maintaining high confidentiality in line with internal procedures
  • Perform manual KYC checks and approve player documentation
  • Confiscate assets in accordance with Terms & Conditions and internal procedures
  • Detect and investigate potential bonus abuse, fraud rings, and suspicious activity
  • Manage chargeback cases and collaborate with third-party service providers to resolve issues and prevent fraud
  • Respond to payment-related queries across various communication channels, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all responses
  • Maintain and handle fraud, risk, and payments reports; support the development of fraud analysis models to improve efficiency
  • Identify process vulnerabilities and contribute actively to improvements in operations and fraud prevention
  • Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and handle account reviews as requested by regulators
  • Analyse sportsbook activity and escalate suspicious cases for further review
  • Follow instructions from the RFP Lead, giving priority to directives from the Head of RFP to ensure operational efficiency and accountability
  • Participate in team meetings and uphold high standards in all verbal and written communication
Requirements
  • Knowledge of iGaming, Sports betting and player behaviour (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage (not a must) (required)
