Head of StratOps
Entain is seeking a top-performing strategy professional to help shape the future of its business. This high-impact and high-visibility role reports to the Director of the COO office and involves owning key projects across commercial, product, and analytics departments.
The successful candidate will join a high-performing and expanding strategy team that offers a track record of upward movement within the organisation. The role focuses on driving market share gains through transformational projects, growth initiatives, and the development of operational models.
- Own and deliver high priority, cross functional projects that are crucial to the company's success. These include but are not limited to transformational projects, growth initiatives and operational models.
- Establish structured yet flexible frameworks to manage initiatives efficiently while adapting to a fast-changing business environment.
- Use data driven insights to support leadership in refining and updating commercial strategy.
- Ensure that operational execution aligns with long-term strategic objectives, bridging the gap between planning and action.
- Synthesize the different strands of complex business performance data, strategic initiatives, and market trends into clear and compelling narratives.
- 7+ years' experience in strategy consulting (required)
- Experience in Real Money Gaming (preferred)
- Thrives in both high level strategy discussion and hands-on execution (required)
- Adept at managing multiple priorities, navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across senior stakeholders (required)
