Tech Lead - ServiceNow HRSD
As a Tech Lead you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a cross-functional enterprise applications and its team Reporting to the Engineering Manager within the Product & Tech Team. You will work closely with the Head of Engineer to plan, execute, and evaluate team results. You will: Develop HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring understanding of our requirements and technical feasibility. Lead the technical design of HRSD applications, including data model, workflows, and user interface. Collaborate with teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and develop prototypes. Develop technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical guides. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing fixes.

- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD or similar HR systems, with a focus on technical implementation and leadership. (required)
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD, including data model, workflows, and user interface. (required)
- Experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Scripting, Integration, and Reporting. (required)
- Experience with HR processes, including recruitment, talent management, and benefits administration. (required)
- Certification in ServiceNow HRSD or similar HR systems. (preferred)
- About 6-10 years of experience developing application using ServiceNow Platform Development & administration (required)
- Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), workflows, and UI development. (required)
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS) and REST/SOAP integrations. (required)
- Experience with HR processes and best practices. (required)
- In-depth Practical implementation experience developing large-scale HRSD, ITSM and Custom Applications (required)
- Experience with ServiceNow Mobile App (preferred)
- Experience with portal and complex custom widgets (preferred)
- Experience CMDB, CSDM and Master data setup. (required)
- Hands-on ServiceNow integration experience (required)
- Work collaboratively in a team environment. (required)
- An appreciation of supporting production systems and end-users. (required)
- Passion to work in Enterprise Applications area. (required)
- Understanding of software development processes (required)
- ServiceNow certified Implementaion Specialist/Technical Architect (nice-to-have)
- ITIL Foundation certified (nice-to-have)
- Observe Agile development methods like SCRUM (nice-to-have)
