Operations Coordinator - RNG

Description

We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to manage a variety of projects across multiple brands. You'll be central to ensuring a seamless client experience by collaborating closely with our Product, Commercial, and Technical teams, as well as external partners and operators. Your responsibilities will range from ensuring smooth game launches to analysing promotional effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate release roadmaps for multiple brands with clients globally.
  • Support promotional efforts with operators from initial concept to review and analysis.
  • Manage the assignment of regional exclusive releases.
  • Assist with various ad-hoc duties as they arise.
Requirements
  • Highly independent, exceptionally organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills across different departments and brands.
  • Adaptable and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Reliable yet approachable.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication abilities.
  • A critical thinker who can plan efficiently.
  • Based in Malta and available for full-time office hours at Spinola

## Qualifications Desirable (but not required) Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of slot games.
  • Previous iGaming experience.
  • Experience with Jira & Excel.
  • Intermediate technical know-how.
  • Marketing & Business knowledge.
