Recruitment Team Lead (High Volume)

Description

We are seeking a Recruitment Lead position based onsite in Southfield, MI, overseeing both Southfield and Grand Rapids recruitment. The Recruitment Lead will be responsible for oversight of the high volume recruitment strategies and execution for their designated studio location within Evolution in North America. This position is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment plans, sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates, and building a strong talent pipeline for the Game Presenter role. Responsibilities
  • Lead and implement recruitment strategy, including job posting optimization, recruitment marketing channel development, digital and non-digital platforms
  • Select and manage recruitment and selection service vendors; ensure they deliver a consistent quality and cost-efficient service to the business
  • Tracking and using key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding recruitment decisions and the quality of hires
  • Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
  • Ensure the compliance of all recruitment guidelines, processes and procedures
  • Work closely with operational stakeholders to ensure recruitment processes are carried out correctly and in a timely manner
  • Responsible for full cycle selection and onboarding of new recruitment team members
  • Provide training and development to recruitment team members with the goal of maximizing efficiencies, standardizing processes, and improving hiring efforts against KPIs
  • Supervise the work of recruitment team to include support achieving KPIs and proactively troubleshooting performance gaps
  • Role model a mindset to learn, drive team improvement, and focus on exceeding targets
  • Driving recruitment teams to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
  • Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client and track ongoing hiring needs
  • Actively identifies gaps, proposes, and implement changes necessary to cover risks
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into our talent acquisition efforts.
Requirements
  • Higher education (Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related field)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment leadership, preferably in the hospitality and gaming industries
  • Expertise in US labor market, recruitment channels and recruitment tools, with a focus on high volume recruitment
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring and motivating a team to achieve recruitment goals.
  • Mass recruitment experience required
  • Proven experience in employer branding initiatives and promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven analytical and multi-tasking skills
  • A good team player with strong stakeholder skills and the confidence and ability to work independently whenever needed
