Talent Acquisition Specialist
We’re looking for a sharp, fast-moving Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a high-volume recruitment environment where speed, quality, and resilience matter equally. - Own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume operational roles (game presenters, shufflers, etc.)
- Manage large daily CV inflow and maintain structured pipeline tracking
- Conduct high-volume screening calls (yes, lots of them - consistency is key)
- Coordinate interviews, assessment days, and hiring events
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to calibrate candidate quality vs. speed needs
- Drive candidate experience even at scale
- Use ATS tools (SmartRecruiters) to keep pipelines clean and updated
- Hit weekly/monthly hiring targets in a performance-driven environment
- Contribute ideas to improve sourcing, conversion, and show-up rates
- 2-5+ years experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Proven experience in high-volume / mass recruitment (must-have)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to stay structured under pressure and manage multiple roles at once
- Comfortable with targets, KPIs, and fast-paced hiring cycles
- Fluent in English and Bulgarian
- Turkish is a strong advantage
