Marketing Transformation Lead
This is a high-impact role driving how marketing evolves at scale. As our Marketing Transformation Lead, you’ll shape and deliver enterprise-wide initiatives that modernise how we work, improve effectiveness, and ultimately create better outcomes for our customers and the business. Working closely with Marketing General Managers, Heads Of and senior leaders across product, technology, operations and commercial teams, you’ll lead complex transformation programs without direct people leadership. It’s all about influence, alignment and bringing big ideas to life through clear, practical delivery.
- Define and lead enterprise marketing transformation initiatives aligned to business strategy and growth priorities
- Translate strategy into clear roadmaps, operating models and phased delivery plans
- Identify and deliver opportunities to modernise marketing capability, processes, technology and ways of working
- Lead complex, cross-functional change programs across multiple stakeholder groups
- Influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across marketing, product, tech and commercial teams
- Embed customer-first thinking and ensure initiatives deliver measurable commercial and customer outcomes
- Proven experience leading large-scale marketing or customer transformation initiatives in complex environments (required)
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into clear, executable plans (required)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level (required)
- Deep understanding of modern marketing ecosystems, digital channels and customer experience (required)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights, experimentation and performance metrics to guide decisions (required)
- Demonstrated experience driving change, adoption and continuous improvement across organisations (required)
