Description

Traffic Label is seeking an experienced Head of Retention to own and drive the retention strategy across its gaming products and markets. The role involves leading player engagement, lifecycle marketing, promotional strategy, and customer lifetime value optimisation.

The successful candidate will oversee the CRM and Gaming teams, ensuring best-in-class execution across all retention touchpoints. This position is based in Malta or available as a remote role within Europe.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute retention strategies across gaming products and markets.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the CRM and Gaming teams.
  • Own promotional strategy, including planning, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Create and manage promotional calendars and bonus budgets.
  • Collaborate closely with Acquisition, VIP, CRM, Product, and Commercial teams.
  • Analyse player behaviour, campaign performance, and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Optimise player journeys, segmentation, and engagement initiatives.
  • Manage supplier and third-party relationships related to promotions and retention tools.
  • Ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior Retention, CRM, or Lifecycle role within iGaming (required).
  • Strong understanding of player behaviour, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing (required).
  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing high-performing teams (required).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a commercial focus on ROI and player value (required).
  • Experience managing promotional strategies and bonus budgets (required).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (required).
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and continuous optimisation (required).
  • Experience with FastTrack (nice-to-have).
