Transformation Lead

Description

Reporting Head of Transformation, the Transformation Lead will be responsible for driving several transformation initiatives to enable us to effectively deliver people change across UK&I. The UKI division supplies roughly half the revenue and profits of the Group bringing together household names Sky Betting and Gaming, Tombola, Paddy Power and Betfair. The division is itself the size of a FTSE 50-100 business. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities
  • Lead interdependencies across multiple projects, aligning objectives and timelines for seamless execution.
  • Synthesise key information to enable executive-level decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Run effective governance and alignment forums to steer transformation efforts and facilitate decision-making.
  • Drive end-to-end planning of selected projects, ensuring effective execution, and progress monitoring.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis on specific transformation projects to inform strategic direction and operational improvement.
  • Close alignment with the People Change team around planning change execution including informing on people impact timelines and activity.
  • Build relationships with representatives across Flutter Functions and International to deliver strategic projects relating to location strategy, workforce planning, global change roadmap etc.
Requirements
  • Solid background in management consultancy or internal transformation teams, with a focus on driving business improvements. (required)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage comprehensive projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to predefined parameters. (required)
  • Skilled in facilitating and leading change processes, with a track record of successful implementation and minimal disruption. (required)
  • Experience in developing and executing new operating models, with a focus on efficiency and scalability. (required)
  • Strong experience in fast-paced online and digital environments, with a customer-centric approach. (required)
  • Experience in matrix management environments, effectively influencing and collaborating without direct authority. (required)
  • Results-driven with a crucial approach, able to make informed decisions swiftly and possess the resilience to address and overcome challenges. (required)
