Broadcast Analyst (Fixed Term Contract)
Join a central Ops team that keeps Genius running smoothly - empowering our teams to focus on what they do best: driving the business forward. The role will be tasked to ensure preliminary TV guide checks and sports channels assigned in the company’s team database. Constant regulation and reporting of the latency of the channel for a wide variety of sports, such as Football, Basketball, Volleyball, American Football, Ice Hockey, Badminton, and many others. When a broadcast device problem occurs, a remote connection is made to the operating interface of the device in question to resolve it.
- Daily and preliminary checks on a specific TV guide.
- Assigning TV and Broadcast channels on various sports events, selected from the company’s database.
- Determining, if occurring, a live vision latency between the different channels.
- Continuous monitoring of the process during the working shift, in the potential occurrence of any matter.
- Following up on a regular basis if any issues occurred during the working shift
- Observing and maintaining the quality of the Genius Live product.
- Performing Free to Air channels support tasks.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Desire and knowledge of a variety of sports.
- Must be detail oriented and analytic.
- Strong accuracy and reporting skills.
