Warehouse Worker & Assembly Line Operator
Join a central Operations team that ensures Genius's operational efficiency, allowing our teams to focus on what they do best: growing the business. We are looking for an operational figure to support the production of GeniusIQ, our next-generation sports tracking system. This is a hands-on, fully in-person role that combines warehouse management activities with device assembly. We are looking for a reliable person, ready to integrate and support daily activities.
- Receive deliveries and manage incoming goods from couriers
- Organize the warehouse and prepare components for assembly
- Assemble the casings of GeniusIQ devices using tools and screwdrivers
- Follow written and verbal instructions to build products accurately and on time
- Test and inspect finished products to verify quality and absence of defects
- Support inventory monitoring and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Use warehouse equipment, including an electric forklift
- Good manual dexterity and confidence in using basic tools
- Experience in warehouse or assembly preferred
- Ability to perform physical work, including moving large boxes
- Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision
- Willingness to learn PCBA testing and programming activities (training provided)
- Reliability and sense of responsibility in managing valuable material
- Good communication skills; fluency in Italian required.
- B1–B2 level English in reading and writing (conversation not required).
- Driving license preferred but not mandatory
